Shipping and Delivery Policies
Shipping options and charges are reflected at checkout. All prices shown are in Singapore Dollars (SGD$).
Local orders are fulfilled via Singapore Post with a choice of untracked or tracked mail islandwide. Orders should take a maximum of three days to ship (unless otherwise stated) and a week after that to arrive. For more information, you can check out local delivery times at SingPost.
International orders are fulfilled via Singapore Post with the destination country’s designated postal provider. We only offer registered shipping to prevent lost mail. Orders should take a maximum of three days to ship (unless otherwise stated). A minimum of two weeks is to be anticipated for shipping because of significant postage delays around the world. Do you accept any other payment methods?
The webshop accepts credit/debit card and PayPal. If you would like to make payment by PayLah!/PayNow, you can drop us an email afterprovidence@gmail.com , or a DM on Instagram @afterprovidence with your order and we will be in touch :-)
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
You can cancel an order with a full refund as long as it has not been shipped out. Kindly contact Chelsea at afterprovidence@gmail.com or DM @afterprovidence on Instagram within a day to get it sorted!
If I make separate orders, can I combine shipping?
Yes you can! If there are orders going to the same address they will be shipped together unless specifically instructed.
If you want your order to be held onto until you make the next one, kindly email or DM within a day of your first order so I can set it aside for you :-)
The extra shipping will be refunded once the delivery is sent out.
